This is one of many Italian family recipe which my mother taught me to make. I don't eat broccoli any other way it's so delicious my kids love it too.
Add broccoli to hot non stick pan without oil so if there's any water in them it will dry off. Once it's dry add oil, garlic and salt, fry them.
Add 1/2 cup of white wine and 1/2 cup of white vinegar.
(I just fill this cup with half of wine and half of vinegar).
Stir gently, letting the liquid absorb but not completely.
Add the tomatoe sauce and a pinch of salt . Add a little bit of water if it's dry.
Cover the Pan with a lid and low heat and stir occasionally until ready. About 40-45min
The end result just DELICIOUS!
