I got myself a note book. One page I wrote a heading with "Guest List", another page with "Make", another page with "Buy" , another page with "Games" and another with "Costs".
In the Guest List page I wrote all the girl's names my daughter has invited.
In the Make page I wrote the things I will be making for the party, which are decorations, cupcakes and her birthday cake.
In the Buy page I wrote all the things I need to buy for the party.
In the Games page I wrote any game ideas to play on the day.
In the Costs page I am writing everything I buy for the party so I know exactly how much this party will end up costing me and helps to stick to your budget (if you have one).
It just makes life easier if you write things down, you can add or change things to them as you go along.
