CAKE BOSS PARTY

I just had to share with you this amazing party I found on the internet. CAKE BOSS PARTY, I think it's the best party I've seen so far, so unique and looks like soooo much fun and would also be fun to organise too. My daughter's birthday is coming up and I've been trying to convice her to have one but she wants her party at Club Kids play centre.....Boring!!! Well for me anyway because I like creating parties. Oh well as long as she's happy with that I'm happy.

8 YEAR OLD LOCKED IN THE CLOSET FOR 6 YEARS

WHAT MONSTER'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tears flowing down my face watching Dr Phil right now and I can't believe what I am hearing, an 8 year old girl was found locked in a pitch-black closet for 6 years. Her mother and step-father would sexually & physically abuse her daily, she had to eat dog poo and her own poo. When she was found she was the size of a 3 year old child, was naked surrounded by human waste, had head lice her skin was scaly and her private parts ripped open from front to rear.
OMG I just feel so upset, angry and  sick to my stomach I just keep thinking how could her own mother do this to her daughter, how can ANYONE be so CRUEL and EVIL. That poor girl would be scarred for life how can this little girl have any type of life after what she's been through.

PASTA IN BIANCO RECIPE

I thought I'd share this quick and easy recipe my mum taught me along the years. I make this dish once a week because it's so quick to make and DELICIOUS!

So if you need to cook something in a hurry try this it's amazing dish.

Add some olive oil and halved garlic

Add some diced tomato and stir

Add some chopped parsley

Add the prawns

Add some salt & pepper

Add some water and cook for 15 -20 min.

In a different pot cook the spaghetti and drain.

Plate your spaghetti and pour some sauce on top.

End result delicious!!!!!

HOW TO MAKE AN EGYPTIAN CROWN

My son had to make an Egyptian Crown for an assignment at school we searched the Internet for help and found NOTHING so I thought I'd share how he (with a little help from me) made it.

Start by wrapping a 2 litre "Coke" bottle with cardboard to the length that you want and tape it down with sticky tape.

To make the ball shape on top of the crown you need to put an old cloth or towel on top of the bottle to form a ball and put an elastic around.

Get old magazines or newspaper and rip them into thin long strips.

Make paper mâché mixture ( we used some glue & water) into a bucket or bowl and cover the newspaper completely. Cover the crown completely with paper mâché with a few layers and leave to dry.

Make a serpent out of clay. This is how we let it dry using the bucket to hold it up so it stays curved.

Let it dry completely.

Now paint it gold.

The finished Serpent.

Paint the whole thing white you might need 2 coats and leave to dry. Then cut out the face and ears area and glue the serpent on.

The end result....

My son is so proud of how his serpent came out.
